As the sole developer, I led a comprehensive 3-month product discovery phase, encompassing user research, iterative prototyping, and full-stack implementation of both frontend and backend systems.
Through strategic partnership with domain experts, we developed an industry-leading database containing comprehensive profiles of Italian minor league basketball organizations, creating significant competitive advantage.
Connecting Players & Managers
The app allows players to create a CV of their sporting career. The profiles are then indexed and displayed through filtered searches. This makes it easier for sports managers and coaches to find and contact players for recruitment and team building.
Like LinkedIn but for basketball players and teams in Italy's minor leagues.

Initially backed by angel investment, the project provided invaluable insights into product-market fit and user-centered design principles. Despite the strong adoption rates, we strategically paused to refine our revenue model and scale our development resources, providing me with comprehensive experience in both UX strategy and business development.
